Found a couple of bails that had washed ashore at Fourchon back in the ‘70s.
My buddies and I did the right thing and burned it all. Took a while, but we got it done.

The occasional ones likely don't deal directly with cartel just like your average street dealer doesn't deal with them. They probably just know a legit smuggler and call him when they need a quick buck, and meet him out away from the coast. Takes away some risk from the smuggler

A whole shite load of cocaine washed up on the river levee in Belle Chasse a few years ago.
