Even with authoritarian lockdowns and the central bank causing massive inflation, capitalism is still flourishing. The standard of living for the average human being across the globe has never been better. Capitalism and the values of Western Civilization have pushed human evolution further in the last two centuries than in the six thousand years prior. Just because we have a significant portion of people who don’t have any level of comprehension of economics or human history doesn’t mean capitalism failed. It thrives despite massive ignorance.

I can agree with this. My question involving the failure of capitalism was try to understand why the OP claims we are about to be a communist country without evidence. I am inquiring into the why from the OP's statement. Is is because our current kitchen-sink system (capitalism with government intervention/noncentralized-yet-influential religious contingency/massive companies that somehow skirt antitrust laws/rise of the new-age hustle & gig economy) is leading us to communism? What is making us become a communist country?
True capitalism is for Libertarians. Libertarianism has a consistent pattern of failure in the real world. Capitalism fails because we (individuals, groups, society, the world) cannot make it successfully work. It's been like this for hundreds of years.

The only thing that gives me comfort is the useful idiots cheering this on will be the first people put against a wall to be executed by the real radicals.
