Well pressure and lawn sprinklers...

First house I've owned not on city water, zero experience with this.
Issue: Near sprinkler has always sprayed further than the far one, but today the far one is only yeilding a 12" spout with little pressure behind it (looks like if you were to turn on a garden hose) while the near one has a spray almost twice as far than it used to (compensating for pressure?)
Ok, now far one isn't spraying at all, just near one. I don't see any damage to the far one, may be clogged? Should I even fuxk with it or call in help?
Suggestions?

Turn off the well and drain the pressure tank then restart. See if that helps or could be clogged sprinkler lines

Turn the breaker off to the pump. Next dig all around the sprinkler down to level below where the pipe that feeds the head enters. You do that so you can unscrew the head and the water in the pipe and the sprinkler head and will not allow a lot of crap to seep back into the pipe. After you have it out turn the head upside down and there should be a screen filter that is filled with crap. Sometimes just flushing that out real well will solve your problem. If not then you just go buy a new head of the same type.

What kind of sprinkler heads you have? Rain bird?
If it is rain bird you can take the screw out of the top and the filter will lift out.
If you have a pair of vise grips you can clamp them on the sprinkler body while it is extended and then have your boyfriend turn the water off and it will make it easy to work on.

At this time of the year, there are several other potential problems.
Bugs going into available openings to homestead for the winter.
Rodents burrowing through the ground, and chomping through feeder lines
The cold weather that didn't seem like a hard freeze to the rest of your yard could have frozen and split a right angle bend (the most common weak point in irrigation systems) and not enough water's being delivered.
Clogged sand filters coming out of a well.
After major rains, clay getting into your system.
Work from the farthest point to nearest to the well.

Did you fix the problem yourself? What was the issue?
