just watched the video..yep totally fake 'ugly' woman 
just some really hideous makeup and yellow paint on her teeth in the 'before' shot. she tried to make herself look as awful as possible.

Watch a documentary called “Imposter”. It’s about a guy who pretended to be an abducted kid. He fooled the family, but not this private investigator. Interesting stuff.
