It's $3000 at the age of 18. If it was in cash, I would have did it.

Holiday Inn Express?

I hear what you are saying, but the dad demonstrating best interest, etc., isn't always sufficient, pots and pan courts are generally biased against the dad, usually something like, best interests and some sort of detriment by living in mother's home, of course a dumbass judge or cronyism between the judge and the attorney trumps everything

It's not something someone asked me but one of the many stupid things I heard someone say to me was.... One halloween after 9/11 (maybe same year or year or two after), a woman was telling me how she was going check her daughter's candy because "people be puttin amtracks in things these days".

She was talking about Antrax.

It is, but whether the judge agrees the dad has demonstrated it is a different story.

Legally this isn't the case and practically it's application has greatly diminished, but it is still an issue in many jurisdictions.

These things still come in to play occasionally as well.

I was in a job interview for a director level position. One of interviewers asked me, “what’s your sign?” I said Scorpio. He paused...and said, “That’ll work.” The others on the committee said nothing. I was offered the job.
