Wednesday Night Wrestling Wars Thread: The TNT Finalists Edition

We continue our quarantine pre-taped rasslin' in empty gyms with AEW Dynamite & NXT on USA
AEW Dynamite continues to be pre-taped from QT's Gym in Somewhere, Georgia (but perhaps not for long... once their current content runs out around Double or Nothing in a few weeks, they're expected to return to live broadcasts from Daily's Place in Jacksonville until the country is fully back open)
We determine a match for Double or Nothing tonight... the Finals of the AEW TNT Championship Tournament... as both semifinal matches will be held this evening
Semifinal 1 (and let's be honest... probably the show's main event):"The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes (he apparently got the Rhodes trademark off of WWE somehow) vs. Darby Allin
Semifinal 2: "The Murderhawk Monster" Lance Archer vs. "The Natural" Dustin Rhodes
"The Exalted One" Mr. Brodie Lee gets to murder a child... Marko Stunt of Jurassic Express
Best Friends will take on Jimmy Havoc & Kip Sabian... which means more Orange Cassidy & Penelope Ford shenanigans
Le Current Champion of AEW Jon Moxley will speak
gee... I wonder whatever the closing image of this week's "Being the Elite" video could ever foretell

NXT on USA is back to being pre-taped, I do believe, tonight from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Fla.
The main event will see the NXT North American Championship on the line as Keith Lee defends against Damien Priest
NXT Women's Champion Charlotte Flair takes on the HBIC, Mia Yim
the round robin tournament of the Interim WWE/NXT Cruiserweight Championship continues tonight as Tony Nese & the "future endeavored" Drake Maverick both try to avoid falling to 0-2 in their pod

AEW is supposed to be back in Jacksonville next week. WWE released Cain Velasquez yesterday. I don't see AEW picking him up but a one time ppv match against Jake Hager might be ok.

Once AEW has the money to start making moves... here are people just released from WWE who could make a dent on their roster
Good Bros (give them the Moxley/Jericho contract where they can work NJPW too)
EC3 (though he would probably be better served going straight to Impact)
Zack Ryder (Cody LOVES Ryder and has said that he wants to work with him)
Rusev & Aiden English (take that Rusev Day gimmick and frickING RUN WITH IT)
Erick Rowan (New Dark Order)
Drake Maverick (same with EC3... probably better served in Impact)

Gallows and Anderson have already been strongly hinting they're going back to NJPW. I don't think AEW needs them and The Revival.
