You may be entitled to a partial refund due to their false advertising and potential negative health affects.

It's only Germans if it was posted on here, not the fact that it was online.

I own a pair. I've worn them for 3 years, and they're finally falling apart.

I've run in them. A lot. The only reason I don't is because I've found as my distance had increased, they just beat the hell out of my feet. What they have done is improve my running posture. I've not had issues with shin splints since running with then. I don't get pain in my plantar fascia.

I wear them all the time in the summer. I don't care if you think they look goofy. They're comfortable as hell.

I won't be partaking in the class action suit. I like minimalist shoes. I run in Brooks Puredrift, which are pretty minimalist. They are great. People that have never worn them and jump into a zero drop shoe and bitch because they aren't comfortable don't know what they are talking about because they aren't using them right.

I just got two used pairs on the cheap off of craigslist......pretty stoked. They're supposed to be better for your feet. More natural.

I know three foot and ankle Orthopaedic specialists in BR alone that will refuse to treat you if you refuse to not wear them after your initial visit/treatment. You're literally destroying your feet and more by wearing them while running.

Well, considering I go by my wife's office on the reg and have had more than a few convos with the docs in question, I'd politely tell you that it's not. They aren't gonna treat you if you have problems the shoe caused if you refuse to stop wearing the shoes...and the shoes are almost always to blame. But don't let that stop you from responding here, Chief.
