I'm no fan of TulaneLSU, however, he would be our best bet for deciding the yearly theme and fleshing it out, the only problem is he would have to expand his lists to 20 to get in a full parade.

Of course, Chicken would be captain.

This will be one of our signature throws:

My float will feature a dance stage with stripper pole and 22 former Ed Orgeron and Les Miles mistresses performing a nude, choreographed football play.

No disrespect to Tulane, but just let posters submit float theme ideas, let everyone vote and pick the best 35.0 or so.

It's bigger than one man, and if there has to be one man for the job, I think we ALL know who that should be

ETA: it's Chicken.

We certainly can't get it all in one parade. It will take years. Most krewes have that person or team that decides themes and how to flesh them out.
Yes, there can be annual recurring floats, as many krewes have them, now. But the entire thing can't be the same stuff each year.

I do like the king having the NI Haircut, that's funny.

Holy frick. This needs to happen. We’ve done billboards and aerial banners. We’ve solved crimes. We deserve a damn parade.
