Listening to this guy ask questions and make objections is like taking a sleeping pill.

Just realized this was going on, can someone give me the synopsis of how it's gone thus far?

Holy shite! I just realized this dipshit is representing himself!
Pretty much every question he's asking is putting another nail in his coffin. Representing himself in this case, he's pretty much putting himself on the witness stand with every question.
Right now his stance seems to boil down to "well, I wasn't driving all that fast and I may have hit my horn".

The horn thing is baffling. Does he think that hitting his horn while driving through a parade should have obligated people to move out of the way? Just where was he going that he needed to drive through a parade?

I thought the judge was going to lose it on that last one and go "I said 'SUSTAINED', dammit!"

When will the judge just say 'the grounds are (whatever prosecution said) and it's sustained'

Current witness... who has a criminal record himself... wants 10 minutes alone in a room with Brooks
You can just tell by his demeanor

I loved the objection of "hearsay" when a witness was asked if he initially thought the incident was an accident or on purpose. I'm not a lawyer but even I couldn't help but say "what the frick?"
