Of course they don't say what he was actually doing
Nor what the line crew was doing. We've seen how times like these bring petty tyrants out of the woodwork.

A guy where I live got pissed off after an ice storm because he didn't have power and all his neighbors power had been restored. He cut down a pole with his chainsaw and took out his neighbors power
I can definitely see that happening.

Thank you Randy "Kuntry" seal for pointing that out. I am sure all the deputies say the same thing about you.

I had a neighbor that went nuts when a line truck needed to park in his back yard to replace s transformer feeding my house and a couple of othe houses, he of course had power. He blocked access with his car and allied the police who explained the concept of utility easements, and his likelihood of being arrested. The line crew got their access.
