world class medical center
Ok. Healthcare, unless you have some kind of exquisite illness, is pretty basic. Every town with 50k people has a hospital that can treat pretty much anything that happens or could happen to you save some specific catastrophic accident, ie a burn.
I don't understand what all the big deal is about living somewhere near a "world class healthcare facility". Especially since most people think "world class" means the people working at the hospital are nice to you.
Compared to most of the world, most hospitals in the US are "world class".

I've started to notice Wisconsin is always right in the middle of these rankings. We aren't the fattest or stupidest of people, nor do we live in the best, cheapest, or most expensive place. Wisconsin is that bowl of porridge that is just right.
Madison was high on our list when we started looking for places to retire to someday.

lived in Colorado for over eight years, it's a lot of fat bitches there too, baw.
Colorado has always been the skinniest state. But they're fatter now than the fattest state was in 1990.

You may be alright with ole Doc Smith who does a few of these procedures a year. Your odds are a whole lot better with Prof. Byzuki at the teaching hospital who does several a week.

Several websites disagree with you. On this one California is one of the worst for retiree’s and TN is good.
