Those posts which you quoted (along with some other ones) were deleted by admins, but they missed yours. You're not at fault at all, IMO.

I believe you are a smart man. I don't think that will help her in court. The judges in LP are going to come down hard on her unless her attorney can pull a rabbit out of his hat.
