I get the reason why you are pushing this narrative, but I know you don't honestly believe this.
Go back a few pages and you’ll see where I posted a link with the court documents showing everything I said is true.

I can say the same thing to you.
Only difference is I have documented evidence to back up what I’m saying. You don’t.

Serious question. These guys pulled out guns and engaged in a shoot out that killed nine people and it is the fault of law enforcement? Did an undercover officer or police on perimeter kill the nine people? I don't think "the police tricked me into shooting that guy over there" is going to fly in this case.
Am I wrong? While it certainly appears there were some shenanigans with the whole thing, it is a big leap to place the blame for the murders on anyone but the people who decided to pull out guns and start shooting.

Again...what you point to is not yet evidence in any court of law. Likewise, the inferences you make from the alleged evidence is not supported by any physical evidence.
You are confused as to how the court system works. Clearly.

To understand Twin Peaks, you’ve got to go back to the very beginning. And it all began months before the first bike showed up at Twin Peaks. First off, you have the Bandidos. They’re the “dominate” club in Texas. They’ve existed there for decades. They’re an “outlaw” club and have had more than their share of run-ins with the law. On the other side you have a much smaller club called the Cossacks. They’ve also been around for years and until recently had never bothered anyone. Starting sbout a year or so before Waco, police infiltrated the Cossacks and begain using them to instigate fights with the Bandidos. This was part of a larger operation with Texas State police and Feds against the Bandidos. On the day of Waco, the cops knew the Bandidos would have a contingent present at Twin Peaks to attend the State COC meeting being held there. The cops set up a perimeter around Twin Peaks then had the Cossacks show up to instigate a fight with the Bandidos right there in the parking lot. The plan was to bust the Bandidos there and use those charges as leverage to get members of the Bandidos to flip and inform on the club or face RICO charges. The plan went to shite though when a member of the Cossacks pulled his gun and shot a Bandido. At that point the cops, already in position, opened fire on the whole crowd. The cops shot both Cossacks, Bandidos, and even some innocent bystanders. They then made matters worse by arresting and charging felony offenses on every biker at the Twin Peaks even if hey had nothing to do with either club or the fight/shootout that took place in the parking lot. All this was done under the orders of Albert Renya, the Waco DA. He has since been forced to recuse his entire office while the state has appointed special prosecutors to look into the cases. And as you can see in my OP, they’ve begun dismissing dozens of those cases. But sadly, for many the damage has already been done. Innocent people have had their lives ruined, lost jobs, lost homes, even lost their kids over a crooked and corrupt DA and the cops wanting to cover their arse from the consequences of an operation out of control.

Are you an outlaw biker?
FTR I don't live in a neighborhood. I live on 80 acres in the middle of nowhere. So congrats on having neighbors and shite.

You didn't answer my original question. Even if the police managed to manipulate these two groups to put them in the same place at the same time. Do you feel that absolves, by your own admission, the member of the Cossacks who shot first? Or the actions of the people who shot others in the ensuing gunfight?
Because, to me, it seems you are saying that none of the arrested were responsible for their actions because they were manipulated by the police to be in the same location. This is like saying it is McDonald's fault you are fat because they built a drive through on the route that you drive home every day.
