Darth has potential and deep down he knows he's a gang member. His crew is holding him back and I'm trying to help him see the light.

Sabi is well known on here as a legitimate 1%er. Darth is not, therefore appearing to be an equal of or "brother" to a 1%er would quickly get him mud checked.

When you're part of an organization that kicks off some shite, you're part of the shite. That's the beauty of RICO.

I was joking its him. He's joking about being a biker. But bikers never call strangers brother. In fact that's a term usually reserved for fellow patch holders only.

So if I call a biker brother then I get the stink eye?

I may have some fun with this.

Fine, hold them there long enough to sort out what happened then release those who did nothing and arrest those who took part in the fight. But don't just arrest everyone. And certainly don't just fill out "fill-in-the-blank" warrants on them all and hold them on $1,000,000 bond each. That's fricking absurd and you know it.

Overstating my case? Did you miss the part where people lost their jobs, their homes, even custody of their kids? If that is not having you life ruined, then what is?

I've never claimed to be a 1%er. In fact, I've stated time and again I'm not a 1%er nor is my MC a 1%er club.

Are you involved with organized crime?

Are all members of 1% gangs required to commit their crime of choice or can you have some deadbeats in the crowd?

I don't see how it's fair for some Cossacks to extort and other just get to hang out at the club house and fist bump all day.

How many of them had this happen?

None whatsoever.

I know some 1%ers are criminals. But I also not all, or even most at criminals. As for what 1%er clubs "require" of their members, they keep that to themselves. They're not my club so it's none of my business.

Shucks. You wouldn't tell me if you were anyway.

3 of the 100 lost something significant in their lives? I'm not reading three links right now.

There were more than just three. Those where just he first examples i found after a quick Google search. But let me ask you this, if you were arrested and had to spend weeks, or even months in jail before they even gave you a bond hearing, what effect on your life would that have? Would your job still be there when you got out? How about the bills that piled up while you were in jail? And if you had kids, what would happen to them?

I know this as well. They're freaking huge. And like I said above, I've never had a single problem with them. I've seen them out at the biker hang outs and bars, been on rides that they also took part in. They're a cop club but they're mostly respected because they show respect to those who show it to them. Yeah, they're kept at arms length by most because of the natural distrust for cops. But they've never crossed us, in fact they've been very respectful. So I have no beef with them

They also raise millions of dollars every year for Charities.

I'm guessing the guy left Cossacks off his adoption paperwork. Apparently, for good reason.

He was irresponsible for not telling the agency the truth that he belonged to a criminal biker gang.

He caused this IMO.

It would be tough and that's why I don't associate with criminal gangs.

That's why I said guessing.

You think he put Cossacks on his list of hobbies?

Look, I don't mean to sound mean about the fact that he lost his adoptive daughter. However, I highly doubt he told the truth about his affiliations. Apparently, if that's the case, the agency doesn't approve of placing kids with gang members. That actually sounds like good policy to me.
