Bruh, easy peasy.
1. Launch a rocket/satellite with solar recharge to space with 40,000 miles of cable.
2. Drop cable and maintain height to stay in orbit (20k+ DRAG)
3. Then attach cable to 20k miles of continuous corrugated vacuum sealed debris chutes.
4. have satellite move out of orbit where Centripetal force is greater than draw of gravity,and pull the chute to the sky and Into space.
5. Have bottom of chute attached to a vacuum chamber.
6. Open chamber, put trash in, close chamber.
7. The open the bottom of the chute and whooooosh, trash shot into the vacuum of space through a trash straw.

He might be a bit too young to understand subduction zones and island arc systems.
If we wanted to get rid of nuclear waste, I wonder why we don't drop it on the the down thrust plate of subduction zone and let the earth disperse it for a couple of millions of years.
