Bought the m series 49" 240hz from SAMs last year on a Black Friday sale. Got it for $438. It's in my bonus room. So far no issues and the picture is amazing.

They're all made in the same factory, so go for it.
And, really what you need to pay attention to are the speakers. Cheaper tv's can look great and sound awful.

I've had one for about 5 years now and haven't had any issues with it at all.
