Haven't heard much specifically complaint wise except for bad installs which mine was great. Is there something up with the equipment or something?

Again, wasn't a fan of the long contract but knowing I just moved and don't plan on it (ever again if I can help it) it wasn't a deal killer.

They were at my house for forever on Tuesday as my wife told them to come back when I got home. Nice trainee, typically sales rep as the head guy. Could see through all his shtick.

It's only a five year contract to finance the equipment. If you paid the equipment off you can quit anytime, and I assume everything is yours to keep. We aren't going to buy in since certified alarms, who we have used for years and is a local company, can provide all the same shite if we wanted to go smart home.

Two of my neighbors gave in to the very pushy sales guy, and they both have had a terrible time dealing with the company.

I had higher expectations for you OT baws, takes a bit of negotiating but I was able to talk them into a full package (doorbell cam, locks, sensors, thermostat, etc) + an indoor camera for 70/month for 3 yrs. Their app is very user friendly, very happy with their product. I have yet to have an issue with the product or customer service.
