Yeah saw this late last week, next county up from mine. The sad part is the cop tried to help the guy out with a ride home after his car broke down. He gets home and tries to get his brother to help him go get his car, loses it and wants to hurt his brother. But why in the world would he call the cops? Dude must have been wasted.

So the same cop who dropped him off comes back and sees him, thinks he has a weapon and opens up on his arse. Pretty tragic.

The bad part is this county is already under fire for their strong "blue line" stance and was being called out by the NAACP. Fuel to the fire.
