It's a video he did for his family to help them not to be terrified of it all and tips for protecting themselves.

It's an hour long, so these are the key points I remember.

- He kind of admits that there is a desire by some in the medical community to try to terrify everyone about this, mainly out of frustration of people not taking it seriously enough.

- It's almost exclusively transmitted by the virus being on your hands and being transferred to your face (entering either the eyes, nose, or mouth), or droplet transmission. Big lesson, become obsessed with cleaning your hands, learn how often you touch your face. From what they've seen, the only way it can be transmitted through the air is by being in the same enclosed, unprotected environment with the person for 15-30 minutes. Wearing a mask is a good idea, but not because it's going to protect you from catching it, but it will teach you to not touch your face. So even if it's just a bandanna, use it if for no other reason but to train you to stop bringing your hand to your face.

- He calls COVID-19 a wimp disease. Once it's disinfected, it's done for. Just 1 drop of purell will do it.

- You are immune from it once you catch it, and presumably survive it, of course.

- The only age range that has shown to be completely safe from COVID-19 (symptoms are mild or almost non-existent) is 0-14 years old. He's seen young adults with severe symptoms, critical, and he's seen elderly who do just fine. It's not an old person disease. It can affect anyone over 14.

- COVID-19 is going to be in the disease circulation from now on. But as it mutates, it will get weaker. So 5 years from now, you could catch this but it will be just like a cold.

- He's predicting that social distancing will be going on for months, maybe even a year. What he says is really predictable is that once the curve is flattened, people will get over confident and start to relax on social distancing, and it will slightly spike again.

- Only go to the doctor if you feel short of breath. If you're feeling sick, fever, cough, don't go to the hospital. Shortness of breath, go in.

Definitely felt more encouraged. As a family we'll still take this seriously, but it's very easy to not get this.

After seeing Gen Z continuing their Spring Break unabated, I could see why people in the medical profession would do this.

If we roll out a more extensive plan to treat with hydroxychloroquine/Z-pack, we can realistically see ourselves get back to work by May 1st.

It’s a virus so unless you need a vent, there’s nothing they can really do for you.

Everyone eventually gets exposure to the virus. Three options:

- Your body is immune to the virus
- You get sick but recover
- You die

“Social distancing” buys us a little time to better understand the virus and potentially come up with better treatments but it is not sustainable.
