Justified.
But this is a great example of how carrying guns around is going to lead to more situations that end in death.
Something was wrong with the instigator. Was he just extremely drunk/drugged or did he have a history of mental illness?
This situation gets handled on a daily basis in the south without someone dying over it. It's not that difficult to subdue someone who is so intoxicated they can hardly walk.

All kinds of stuff. I bought a Colt LeE901with a nightforce scope and LaRue tactical quick mount, Kimber mountain ascent with a matching Zeiss camo scope, custom STI 1911 in 10mm, another AR in .223, and an 870 express tactical shotgun. That's what I picked up in 2015 and this year I've only bought a custom STI 1911 .45 but will be buying a few more fun guns before the year is out.

I also have questions about it being justified. If I remember correctly when the altercation started the gun owner went out to his truck and retrieved his weapon and went back in the store. Why did he go back in the store? Had the cops been called yet?
