Video of 3 year old smoking weed leads to arrest

This video is clearly racist. They're only smoking weed with the kid because of the white man's burden on them. Too much stress at such a young age can be harmful and clearly the weed is to alleviate the stress.

Seriously though, y'all wonder why y'alls fathers get locked up at such a high rate. Prime fricking example right here.

What's sad is this is more common in that community than many would think. It's fricking sick and pathetic. The father should be hung by his balls until his Johnson doesn't work anymore, then thrown back in prison, for life.
