How about just move on without fighting? I can't imagine the reason the fight started was justified. What did the guy do? Honk at him or something?

Looks to me like tie guy was being a dick and wouldn't let donut guy in. Saggy pants guy witnessed this and wanted a piece of tie guy but tie guy drove off before saggy pants and friend could double team him.
