Ummm, whoever took that video probably knew who did it. That is NOT a security camera. That is a video from someone's phone or a small camcorder (you can tell it's not on a tripod or mounted - too much movement).

So, why would someone take video of ONLY that little corner unless he/she knew something was going to happen there?

Find the camera operator, find the killer.

The U.S. government has as much to gain by this as any of the Sinaloa Cartel's rivals. If El Chapo gets extradited, it's life at Supermaxx.

There are some very nice parts of Mexico, even outside the main tourist spots. Can't say the same for those other places.
