Hoping to get some insight on what could be wrong here:

No air blowing out of any vents on any speed setting. Replaced blower motor and resistor, no change.

Compressor clutch not engaging either. All fuses and relays are fine.

What’s the year/make/model? Lot of new cars run off computer chip with settings. Could be a fuse or electrical too

I’m going with electrical issue, either in the controls or a fuse or both

If you’re going to change the fuse, make sure you get one that is going to Fit that car

Check the compressors connections to ensure you're getting a good ground. If not then I would recommend getting a new compressor. You should be fine in not getting an expansion valve or a receiver drier, as they’re separate components. The AC Compressor could be the issue. Even if the refrigerant was low the compressor would still cycle the clutch every 20-40 seconds. If the clutch is not engaging whatsoever it could be an electrical issue that was misdiagnosed during your initial findings.

Now if the compressor actually failed then you'd want to get it checked out as there could be debris in the system. If you don't have the proper equipment to evacuate your refrigerant then I would recommend going to a service center to have it done. Primarily, because you're going to be dealing with around 60-100 psi of refrigerant even when the system is off, if your skin comes in contact with it it can really frick your shite up.

When I’ve had A/C problems I disconnect the battery and wait about 30 mins before reconnecting it. IDK seems to work for me.

Bad compressor should not cause the blower fan to also not work.

Not familiar with Hondas but if you are going to self diagnosis, I would start with the AC control that you use the to the unit on and off and control the fan speed. There may also be a separate Ac control board somewhere.

I would post on a Honda forum.

That's really got me stumped.

Good suggestion.

Might have to do that.

It’s the fuse.

If A/C in a vehicle is important to you, I can assure you, this is not the vehicle for you.

Are you certain you've accessed and checked all fuse panels? Did you check the terminals of the blower resistor/controller for power on any of them?

I checked as many as I have knowledge exist, both underneath the dash and under the hood below the battery. I'm not too savvy with checking terminals yet, trying to learn all that...

Your fan motor switch or ac switch went out

It’s most likely the top switch but It can be either one of the three. You need to take a volt meter and test the resistance on each one and see which one shite out.
