Id buy an industrial size fan and have it at my back every saturday and ensure my grill is as close as possible to her yard.

You don’t know the Australian government. They would have appeased this woman and came at neighbor with the full extent of the court system if he didn’t concede to her demands. They are one of the most liberal countries on the planet.

Its funny,..as i read your post i am in an AirBnb owned by a couple vegitarians just outside of San fran. They arent vegans as they have chickens and eat the eggs ( and give me free eggs!) Anyway, they have an old charcoal grill, ( that no one has used in a long time), and i just filled the area with deep smoke, to the point they came out from the house next door to make sure the place wasnt burning. I was cooking burgers and chicken wings.
They were cool about it, just wanted to make sure the place wasnt on fire.
