re: U.S. Will Ban Smoking in Public Housing Nationwide

I suspect that the main effect of such a law is that even more children will be taught by example to disrespect the law.
The children will see their parents breaking the law and lying about it / trying to hide it, and that will be the way things are supposed to be in their world.
Clearly a stupid rule put forth by foolish people.
