They are not re filling it and they don’t plan to any time soon. They will be doing shut downs at the sites soon as part of the LE2 project.
I don’t understand where they will get it from. The caverns are damn near dry!

Thanks Obama. This is part of a law mandate from his term. It'll take another act of congress to remove it. Good luck with that.
