Didn't even need to do that. Just not pulling our troops out from our most secure airbase without telling anyone before making sure all the civilians were evacuated would have prevented it.

The plan Trump had negotiated was the once Biden used. He just moved back the date, the only thing that wasn't accounted for was Afghanistan falling so quickly. People were told as early as April to GTFO but some stayed. The evacuation plan itself is moving along quicker then predicted.
