Well, they got a call that he was waving a gun. They showed up and when you see him get tackled he had already been supposedly tased and brushed it off like it was nothing. Now, what went on up to that point is the mystery.

Not sure how waiting until Nov 9th accomplishes this. It's not she kicks open the white house door the day after the election and takes over.
