I'm from "Winnsboro", but grew up close to the Jr. High, I'm sure you know where that is.
The Kipers are very nice people, and don't deserve all of this.
The victim will have permanent damage from this, but the extent is unknown. It WILL be a miracle if she is able to make a full recovery. Her response movement has been only on one side of her body.
PSA for all men with daughters: teach them to punch, kick, claw, handle a knife and firearm. The animals are out there. My daughter is 4, and I'm already showing her stuff on a punching bag. It's never too early for self-defense training. Your daughter will have so much self-confidence knowing her father took the time to teach life lessons. Just my opinion.

This happened around 630 in the am .. Caught the tpos in a few hours because his stupid black arse was on camera abducting her.

Played a bunch of baseball with her Uncle when we were kids. One of the finest families in Franklin Parish as others have pointed out. God bless Lisa and their entire family. You know the world is on fire when this sort of thing begins happening in small town America.

Ridiculous how these kinds of criminals will fabricate anything to try to make themselves look innocent.
that being said I'm not sure how I wouldn't look for revenge if I was her husband. I'm no badass but I'm comfortable around a gun and believe the Gary Plauches of the world just save the tax payers money

what would be the jail term for attempted murder in la? ... it's ridiculous that many states, if not most, give less than life/30 years or allow parole for good behavior with attempted murder cases ... this cat should be in jail the rest of his life, at the least ...
