Amazing how many not from New Orleans cant' figure out it is a skit. And it honestly took me about ten seconds to realize it was a skit. I thought the girl playing the mayor was just going to introduce her.

Apparently Blowfish the comedian was the hand signing guy died due to Covid and he was really blind
