Take Tylenol to manage the fever.
Take a cough suppressant to manage the cough.
That's what I did and all went well. Took 3 wks to clear the cough though.

I take 50 mg Zinc .. which equals 7 mg ( think that's right unit) of elemental zinc which is the max recommended. It's one table per day.
I also take 10,000 iu Vit D (my levels are low and monitored every 6 months) as well as Vitamin C (I think I take 1000)?
Either way, 2 vit D geltabs/1 zn/1 vit c.

Honestly, why get tested? You know how to treat the majority of symptoms at home. Unless you cannot break a 103-104 fever, having an underlying condition, and/or feel the need to go to the hospital, there is no reason to get tested. Stop getting tested!!

I had the regular old flu in January 2014 -- I felt like I wanted to DIE. Yes, it was that bad that I remember when it was. Have escaped covid thus far. Maybe my supplements are helping.

From what I hear, you’re gonna have a shitty several days, but will be all done in a couple of weeks. Just go to the hospital if you find yourself having trouble breathing.

Same. I had never had the flu before and got it in 2016. Thought I was dying. But I lost 5 or so pounds, which I had been trying to do before I got sick, so it was a small victory.
