She’s trying to save her medical license. She still has to go before the board and if they strip her of her license she is screwed. Being a dumbass has consequences

If she’s allowed to keep her license, something is wrong.

Her husband is a partner in Houston law firm. Does he leave if she leaves? Interesting times.
He is no longer on the law firm website.
You can speak freely, but it may come with consequences. Hers did.
If her employer kept her, they would likely be harmed and they may already have been harmed.
Her post was hurtful. It was hurtful to me and I don’t know anyone affected personally. I hope people who were involved, lost loved ones and have missing loved ones were too busy to see it, though I doubt that for many. It was a more than poor choice of words about a tragic event from a doctor who treats children. It’s not actionable by those affected, but it was by her employer and perhaps, by her husband’s employer.
You can be right or left, but what she said was wrong. If someone doesn’t believe that, I question that person’s morals, sympathy and empathy.

No reasons at all. There are no moral or ethical obligations under professional licenses. Definitely no codes of ethics that must be adhered to either. Discrimination for example definitely is perfectly acceptable for licensed professionals.
Ah, yes. The ole, “I’m not going to tell you”
I see stories all the time of engineers who lost their professional licenses for things unrelated to engineering, especially when they post questionable opinions on the internet.

Agree with you Gris.
Some people simply lack empathy or have a very low social IQ. They are the ones in this thread wondering what she did wrong.
You cant fix people who lack morals or values.

Another sociopath in this thread that agrees with this woman and people like her.
I appreciate the honesty! Look forward to who else you would like to see killed, but I'm sure I can easily guess.
