This is going to be the angle. The parents are being quiet about the relationship because they know that the entire point of twenty-somethings going off to the majestic west on their own was to dose in the most beautiful natural settings.
You can still see all of Brian Laundrie's pictures on his Instagram, and he's a nature boy, anti-media, black light artwork, @bizarre_design, Itchy and Scratchy, Dark Magic 101, etc. kind of guy.
THAT is why she was freaking out about the cops. We were thinking there might be a gun, but there were probably shrooms or tabs of acid in there.
They actually were not documenting any travel across the country. They pretty much zoomed right through Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and Missouri in an effort to get out to the beautiful lands of Utah and Wyoming.
Some accident happened is my opinion. He very likely did not kill her, but he figured out that it looked bad and ditched. If she was really unstable about the relationship and he still went out and dosed with her, that's just a dumb thing to do.

I'm sure this has already been discussed at some point in this thread, but since the reporter is on the topic of the body cam footage released in Utah: if the roles were reversed and Brian was the one assaulting Gabby, they would have buried him under the jail

Brian hasn’t been there for a while. Cops mentioned earlier today or yesterday that they knew where he was. Parents may be cooperative now, but isn’t still.
