Unsubscribing from emails

I did this for about 20 different spam emails. Since then, I have received twice as many junk emails. Is that button a scam?

Be cautious when you do this. Really search through the e-mail and make sure it is legitimate.
There are lots of phishing attacks that imbed the virus link in the "Unsubscribe" button. A pretty clever idea if you ask me.

Use the "filter" option. Much more efficient.
