Remember when the state of Texas tried to buy the materials for the wall that are now just stacked by the border, so they could keep constructing it to protect their state and our country...and the Biden administration said no?
This is 100% intentional, it's an invasion, and those enabling it should be tried for treason.
ETA: Looks like the potato waived some laws in October to allow for some wall construction.
