No, one of the main reason for all this protest is the president, until he leaves I don't think they will be happy.
And shouldn't those positions be voted on by the people not just appointed?

If these positions were offered, would the opposition leaders accept them? Seems like accepting them would be career suicide if the people will accept nothing but the resignation of the pres.

ETA...shite, it went back to the studio. to sum it up...it showed protesters storming into a building, beating on the militia, tear gassing some militia and grabbing shields away from them...then some smashing of furniture.

I assumed "agreed to the demands of the opposition" included him resigning. If not, then I agree with you. They've come too far to settle for less than that.
