23rd of June just doesn't sound as cool as the 4th of July, but you can have it. Shoot some fireworks off, drink a few beers. Uncle Sam tips his hat to you 240 years later.

Freedom looks good on you.

It's not like this changes much...England still needs trade with the EU and will have to follow EU law in those transactions. It complicates trade a bit but I think the market it completely overreacting.

except the U.K. was listened to in the fact that they had representation. Just because the E.U. didn't go along with whatever the U.K. wanted doesn't mean they weren't listened to.

Sure they're overreacting - and I'm ready to pounce at 10am when the us markets bottom out.

I have a sizable amount of cash that I could deploy against this. I think the markets are over rotating on this news and will settle about where we started.

Go right ahead. Equities are already coming back up in the markets - the us markets will react the same. Yankees in the NE will wake up and see the Brexit and freak out.

Make England Great Again.

Congratulations to the brits for standing up tall and proud for their homeland against out of control immigration and foreign usurpers dictating their economy, wages, quality of life and overall state of domestic affairs.

The economy is going to be a little rough for a bit but it will be worth it in the long run. It's a fever they're going to burn through.

Like I said - they'll freak out at 7am, markets open at 8, it'll likely bottom out around 930 and the pouncing begins. Gold is surging big time in Asia, the pound started rebounding after a couple of hours of nosedive.

Yay money.

Economically it complicates things a little but I can understand the political concerns that are the driving force behind the exit. Brits have now said they don't want to be run by Brussels.

Depends on the media. If they really want to play the OH NOEZ card, noon. If they play it for what it really is, 9am. Just be ready to pull the trigger.
