If we're bring swishahouse into this, can't forget love for my baw Big Moe (RIP). 
And probably the GOAT of Houston, Scarface. Also, Lil Flip.
The relaxed beats Moe had and his singing was a thing of beauty how they fit so perfect. Houston had some good rap back in the day. To add a few just off the top of my head (Yungstar, Lil Keke, Lil O).

Outkast is arguably the GOAT rap group. I think they have one of the very best discographies in rap history. They're about as creative and original as rap gets, and Andre 3000 is rightfully considered to be one of the most talented rappers ever.
