That's just silly.
They're not clinically retarded. They know what they're doing.

He's obviously never met a real life criminal. I've known plenty and while they aren't usually educated, they also don't usually want to rob people who don't have anything of value or get themselves caught.

Several guys I grew up with have served time. None of them were very smart. In fact their lack of intelligence is why they ended up in jail.

welcome to the OT
where a business shouldn't be allowed to stop you from coming in with a gun but should be able to tell you to frick off if you want a cake for a gay wedding that they'll never even see.

Yeah, it's bullshite I can't carry a handgun onto an airplane.

I doubt they were robbers who tried to mug someone who had no money and who could trace their identities. But what do I know, I only represent these types for a living.

Well, how do you target these cars then? There are tons of cars that look like Uber cars that aren't Uber at all? And these people may be stupid, but they're not dumb enough to put their name, a mailing address, and a credit card that leads directly back to them. Of businesses thugs will target, Uber is at the bottom.

Strawman much? Nobody is saying they shouldn't be allowed to ban guns. That's they're right to set policy. But it's everyone else's right to ridicule that policy.

Claiming Uber is a POS company and hoping they burn to the ground is an interesting way to express dissent for a policy. But to each their own.
I'm sure their new policy will result in mass exodus of business.

Yeah, because a business that requires you to put down a name, mailing address, and credit card into a system to even use it, not to mention have no cash on them, really need to pack heat to stay safe. Let's all pack heat on a plane while we're at it.
Please think before posting.

You cannot be that fricking stupid. Unless you are a criminal and as thus actively campaigning to keep the citizenry unarmed.

Don't agree just ask her... LINK
First of all, that's from 1991, which was on the tail end of the most violent era of the twentieth century. It is now more safe than it ever has been in human history. Anything ridiculously violent is reported these days on national news. The news has you fooled that society is now more dangerous, and packing heat when you go into a nice neighborhood is simply retarded.

Did I say they needed to pack heat to stay safe?

You are one dumb Motherfricker. What you are saying is just because someone is in a nice neighborhood they won't be victimized by crime?

There is no fricking motive for them to rob an Uber. Sorry I'm just intelligent enough to know this and don't go around packing heat into a safe neighborhood.

Are you really a lawyer? How did your clients get caught?
If you can't understand how a company announcing a policy that lets the world know their employees are vulnerable doesn't put them at some risk then I can't help you.
