Why do normal homes have half the number of bathrooms as opposed to bedrooms, while mansions have twice as many bathrooms as they do bedrooms? Because mansions have a lot of BS additional rooms?

I actually kinda like the place. More tasteful than a lot of the shite celebrities houses. And the 17 acres is a plus.
But I am a little surprised that 17.5 million is a record for Atlanta.
