Right on Fieldstone, left on Cedar Park, then left out to Siegen.
Now that's a good idear right there. Going to do that today, although i worry there may be a line of idiots too scared to turn left onto Siegen from Cedar Park.
But it's likely the same as when i make the uturn, there's literally no one goign in any direction right there on Siegen when i make that uturn, and if tha'ts the case then it should be extremely easy to turn left from Cedar Park at that same time, and then hit every green light onto the interstate.

Let's face it, folks: the traffic control people in Baton Rouge are completely incompetent. I have read through this thread and see that it captures only a small number of the traffic light issues in this city. The concept of light synchronization is alien to the folks controlling traffic flow.
My favorite: you get stopped at a red light. The light turns green, and the next light less than 100 yards away turns red just as you approach it. I have experienced this in numerous places in Baton Rouge.
Our new-ish mayor need to make correcting this problem at priority.

The person who set up that left turn light needs their arse whipped. And no idea how it’s gone decades at this point without being adjusted longer.
Every light intersecting MacArthur in ellick is like this. If you’re coming out of academy for example the turn arrow lasts 0.0074 seconds. The absolute state of city planning.

I nominate the light leaving Costco at Airline. On every day of the week except Saturday this light is fine and gives the people leaving Costco about 20 seconds to get through it. But on Saturday, the busiest Costco day of the week, this light lasts about 5-6 seconds for people leaving Costco.

Once you catch that first red one, you're getting them all after that. It's why it's imperative to run that first red light.
The same trip down airline and jefferson, regardless of traffic, can take me 20 minutes or 10 minutes depending on the lights. Never anything in between.
