So your explanation for the sixfold increase in female pilots of 10-15 years is just that they were all of a sudden rising to the top?
Wait, what did you conclude from that data? Men still dominate the field. So because women used to be 1% of pilots they should remain at that percentage forever or its DEI?
United States: The percentage of women commercial pilots in the U.S. falls within the 4-6% range.

Aviation is literally the epitome of a meritocracy. Rigorous training for both pilots and ATC. Multiple universal certs that are NOT easy.
Wrong, the airlines got caught up in the DEI bullshite as well.
You cannot set quotas for "underrepresented" classes of people and also say that it's strictly based on merit. Those two things are mutually exclusive.

The ONLY class that should be represented is "the best pilots".

And despite STILL being only 6%, they have been at the helm for the vast majority of major incidents in the past 10 years.

The fact that this so many down votes and is absolutely correct shows that the dumbfrickery continues ITT

Dam Juan blasted the US ATC system.

One thing I know for sure is that the two Delta planes crashed because of the people who don’t vote like I do

Odds pilot(s) was female?
Both pilots and the ATC on the radio were all male voices.

Idk who the pilots were, but the two male voices weren’t the ones steering the planes.
