the old lady is 10 years younger than me, if I'd have met her when she was a hs senior I guess that would have been weird, but who knows?

Military dating is really interesting. Like you say, there’s often a big gap and they rush into everything way too fast. It’s the only group of people who look at getting married at 19 as perfectly fine and normal, while the rest of society knows that’s a terrible idea.
I have 3 friends who were divorced by 21 due to rushing into marriage with military dudes they hadn’t been with long enough.

very common for enlisted guys to get infatuated and take the plunge with the first woman who he has sex with/or will give him the time of day, also pretty common for said woman to be a stripper who already has a kid or two, then gets knocked up by the dude, also very common for the dude to be Jodied by said stripper and end up divorced quickly and be saddled with alimony/child support for years

Like 21 or 22 dating 15 or 16. I know alot of military guys who do this. I also know alot of girls who go into the military who are super sluts. Sadly in this day in age I feel like if you go into the military right out of high school or before you graduate high school, especially national guard, there's a high likelihood you're trash.
