Yes Turtlebox is the Yeti of outdoor speakers. But I have one and it works great. Even in the pool!

I have a Gen 2 for the bay and baseball practice and a ranger for the golf course/travel. Love them.

I have old school from the nineties. Ice chest radio. Car battery and an amp.
It’s heavy, but it rocks.
People have been making those for years and years. I can’t believe they can get that much for one.

Give the Ecoxgear Defender a look/listen. It has far better sound quality and battery life than the Gen2 Turtlebox, can't say how it compares to a Gen3.
