I got carried away on the bike around 1 am and kept my pulse at 210 for way too long.

Also, edamame noodles are the balls.

Congrats! Probably some technique and breathing will get you another 20-30 lbs.

Work heavy dips and lats and learn to control the decent.

Jk. I can't tell you the last time I maxed. I can do 205 about 5 times so not sure what that equates to.

It has been doing that for years. Sometimes it flares up. It's just a bitch when it does. Happens about once a year.

have you tried wearing knee sleeves?





today is cardio/abs/arm EMOM for me. Yesterday was a brutal dynamic leg day

4x2 squat cleans (70,80,90,90%)

1a) 4x3 speed sumo deadlift
1b) 4x10 kettle bell swings (72#)

2a) 4x3 speed reverse lunge front rack
2b) 4x4 one-leg box jumps

EMOM 16 minutes
-even: 3 reps of squat cleans 70%
-odd : 10 reps split squats (each leg)

Well really twice a week, quad intensive on Mondays, hamstring focused on Thursdays with some quad work

But I consider Thursdays to be back day
