Possibly though a local Electrical Union Hall. While it might start off as what might be considered a step backwards, it could pay off in the long run.
You might also check with the Selective Placement Program Coordinator in your area. They help recruit/hire people with disabilities for federal jobs. Placement for people with Autism has been very successful for a lot of entities.
