Saw them pop one big guy under the interstate on Canal last Sunday. As we drove up to the scene another guy on an ATV was riding by.

LSP works the FQ and only the FQ. It's by far the easiest district to work, and basically consists of running from drunk girl passed out to drunk guy slipped and hit his head.
