Trashy story.

Ok so I married my wife 7 yrs ago. We have 2 kids 4 and 2. Everything is great besides her drug problems. So bad kids get taken by DHR. 2 months later we get em back (she failed initially and cleaned up). So this whole 2 months all I hear is its my fault.
So when she gets clean, all i hear is how its her fams fault brought up. (Terrible fam i must admit, treated her like shite on a shoe). But why is this my problem?
And should I be ready for a divorce with a terrible ending for me when i havent done shite?
Take it easy baws...
ETA: I DID NOT FAIL for shite....AL laws and shite say anyone in the house fails....frick YOU. frick THIS GAY EARTH....

Uhhh Yeah. I had no clue til they showed up. I thought it was because I "disciplined them" more than others.... little did i know....heroin. or other opiates...cant be sure w their tsets

How does she have the upper hand, assuming you have your shite together? The kids were taken away due to her drug use. Any half decent lawyer should be able to use that info alone to get you primary custody. If your lawyer doesn't feel like this case is open and shut in your favor, you need to find a different laywer
