Not my toddler but I once gave our 6 y.o. niece a T-Pain Autotune microphone for Christmas.
I thought it would be funny but after she promptly put it to use, I realized this was a bad idea.

Gave my nephew's twins a set of Legos. They had a great time throwing the pieces at each other. Not a great choice of gift.
